If you haven't already, you can claim your venue by going through the onboarding wizard. Search for your venue name and click 'Claim'. For beta, all claims are auto-approved, but in the future, you may need to provide verification documents.

Best Practices for Venues

    Optimize Vibe Tags: Don't just select every tag. Be specific. Users trust the algorithm more when venues are brutally honest about their vibe. If you play techno, don't tag 'Pop'.

    Timing is everything: Run your promotional campaigns on Wednesday and Thursday evenings. Our data shows this is when users are planning their weekends and clicking through to buy tickets.

    Encourage live posting: The more videos users post at your venue, the higher you rank on the live heatmaps. Consider putting up signs encouraging users to post to OutOut.
